| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación parte del siguiente objetivo que fue determinar en qué medida un sistema web mejora la Gestión documental en la Subgerencia de Áreas Verdes de la Municipalidad Distrital de Asia, Cañete 2023. Para la metodología se utilizó el marco de desarrollo Scrum, el cual se escogió por ser una metodología ágil, la investigación es de tipo aplicada y el diseño pre experimental ya que buscara dar solución a la problemática con la evaluación de un pre test y post test mediante la implementación del sistema. Para el desarrollo se utilizó el lenguaje de programación php y html y para la base de datos se utilizó MySQL. La técnica de recolección de datos fue fichas de registros que fueron previamente validados por juicio de experto, se utilizó una muestra de 30 documentos en 30 días recibidos mediante el tipo de muestreo aleatorio simple. En cuanto a los resultados se determinó que el sistema web desarrollado tiene un nivel de eficiencia de un 41% y una reducción de tiempo en un 35%, los resultados finalizan mostrándonos que hay una mejora en el proceso de gestión documental en la subgerencia de áreas verdes de la municipalidad distrital de Asia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is based on the following objective, which was to determine to what extent a web system improves Document Management in the Green Areas Sub-Management of the District Municipality of Asia, Cañete 2023. For the methodology, the Scrum development framework was used, which is It was chosen because it is an agile methodology, the research is of an applied type and the design is pre-experimental since it sought to provide a solution to the problem with the evaluation of a pre-test and post-test through the implementation of the system. For the development, the php and html programming language was used and MySQL was used for the database. The data collection technique was record sheets that were previously validated by expert judgment, a sample of 30 documents in 30 days received through the type of simple random sampling was used. Regarding the results, it is estimated that the developed web system has an efficiency level of 41% and a time reduction of 35%.
