Abstract
La presente investigación parte del siguiente objetivo que fue determinar en qué medida un sistema web mejora la Gestión documental en la Subgerencia de Áreas Verdes de la Municipalidad Distrital de Asia, Cañete 2023. Para la metodología se utilizó el marco de desarrollo Scrum, el cual se escogió por ser una metodología ágil, la investigación es de tipo aplicada y el diseño pre experimental ya que buscara dar solución a la problemática con la evaluación de un pre test y post test mediante la implementación del sistema. Para el desarrollo se utilizó el lenguaje de programación php y html y para la base de datos se utilizó MySQL. La técnica de recolección de datos fue fichas de registros que fueron previamente validados por juicio de experto, se utilizó una muestra de 30 documentos en 30 días recibidos mediante el tipo de muestreo aleatorio simple. En cuanto a los resultados se determinó que el sistema web desarrollado tiene un nivel de eficiencia de un 41% y una reducción de tiempo en un 35%, los resultados finalizan mostrándonos que hay una mejora en el proceso de gestión documental en la subgerencia de áreas verdes de la municipalidad distrital de Asia.
