| dc.description.abstract | La motivación cumple un rol importante en la búsqueda de un buen desempeño y de mayores beneficios tanto para los colaboradores de la estación de servicios Primax- Cerro Azul como para el personal administrativo. La investigación persiguió como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en la estación de servicios Primax Cerro Azul- en el año 2022. La presente investigación corresponde al tipo básico diseño no experimental, de corte transversal puesto que los datos se obtendrán en un solo momento. La población estuvo conformada 60 trabajadores administrativos de la estación de servicio Primax, Cerro Azul, de la provincia de Cañete, en la muestra se consideró la totalidad de la población, previo consentimiento informado. Para el análisis de datos, se sutilizó tanto Microsoft Excel 2019 como el Statistical Package For The Social Sciences SPSS® 24.0. Principal Resultado: Al medir el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson aplicado a ambas variables de estudio, motivación y desempeño laboral, se determinó que la motivación se relaciona con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la estación de servicios Primax -Cerro Azul, 2022. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos de la prueba de “Sig” es de 0.001 que es menor que 0.05 el nivel de significancia. Además, la correlación de Spearman es 0.804; con lo cual se concluye que existe una correlación positiva alta entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral, es decir, que a medida en que exista una mayor motivación habrá un impacto positivo a mejorar el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores. Conclusión: El tener una alta motivación también ha permitido a la empresa lograr un adecuado desempeño laboral para bien propio y de sus trabajadores, en términos de productividad y eficiencia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Motivation plays an important role in the search for good performance and greater benefits both for the collaborators of the Primax-Cerro Azul service station and for the administrative staff. The objective of the research was: To determine the influence of motivation on the work performance of employees at the Primax Cerro Azul service station - in the year 2022. The present investigation corresponds to the basic type of non-experimental design, cross-sectional since the data will be obtained in a single moment. The population was made up of 60 administrative workers from the Primax service station, Cerro Azul, in the province of Cañete, in the sample the entire population was considered, with prior informed consent. For data analysis, both Microsoft Excel 2019 and the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences SPSS® 24.0 were used. Main Result: By measuring the Pearson correlation coefficient applied to both study variables, motivation and work performance, it was determined that motivation is related to the work performance of the employees of the Primax -Cerro Azul service station, 2022. From According to the results obtained from the "Sig" test, it is 0.001, which is less than 0.05, the level of significance. Furthermore, Spearman's correlation is 0.804; with which it is concluded that there is a low-moderate positive correlation between motivation and job performance, that is, as there is greater motivation there will be a positive impact on improving job performance in employees. Conclusion: Having a high motivation has also allowed the company to achieve adequate work performance for its own good and that of its workers, in terms of productivity and efficiency. | |
