Abstract
La presente investigación: “Estrategias tributarias y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias en el Colegio Nacional de Imperial, Cañete, 2022”, Se pretende explorar la problemática que se presenta en el Colegio Nacional de Imperial en el área de estrategias tributarias y obligaciones tributarias, por lo que el objetivo principal es identificar el vínculo entre las estrategias tributarias y las obligaciones tributarias de los trabajadores en el Colegio Nacional de Imperial, Cañete, 2022. La base metodológica del estudio es el método cuantitativo,
correlación descriptiva y diseño transversal no experimental. Se utilizó una técnica de investigación similar, donde la muestra estuvo compuesta por 50 trabajadores en el Colegio Nacional de Imperial. La información obtenida es procesada y analizada de manera integral, lo
que ayuda a dar respuestas a las contradicciones identificadas en las realidades problemáticas de la investigación. Por lo tanto, se encuentra que las estrategias tributarias tienen una relación
directa, positiva y significativamente baja con las obligaciones tributarias de los trabajadores en
el Colegio Nacional de Imperial, 2022
The present research: “Tax strategies and compliance with tax obligations at the Colegio Nacional de Imperial, Cañete, 2022”, The aim is to explore the problems that arise at the Colegio Nacional de Imperial in the area of tax strategies and tax obligations, Therefore, the main objective is to identify the link between tax strategies and the tax obligations of the workers of the Colegio Nacional de Imperial, Cañete, 2022. The methodological basis of the study is the quantitative method, descriptive correlation and non-experimental cross-sectional design. A similar research technique was used, where the sample was made up of 50 workers from the Imperial National College. The information obtained is processed and analyzed in a comprehensive manner, which helps to provide answers to the contradictions identified in the problematic realities of the research. Therefore, it is found that tax strategies have a direct, positive and significantly low relationship with the tax obligations of the workers of the National College of Imperial, 2022..
