Abstract
El propósito de la indagación fue determinar la relación que existía entre la gestión turística y el turismo rural comunitario en el distrito de Tanta, Yauyos - 2022; ubicada en la sierra central del Perú en la cuenca alta del rio Yauyos – Cañete, a pies del imponente Apu Pariacaca, albergando bondades turísticas peculiares de la zona. Para ello se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, básica, de nivel descriptivo correlacional con el método hipotético deductivo, por medio de un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Obteniendo resultados basados en la prueba de correlación de Spearman, cuya significancia fue 0.00 < 0.05; con el coeficiente de relación de 0,650. Se concluyó que, existe una relación significativa con un nivel positivo y bueno de correlación entre la gestión turística y el turismo rural comunitario. Por lo tanto, según el valor impartido a la gestión turística se aproximó a conocer el nivel de turismo rural comunitario en la comunidad de Tanta, Yauyos. Se percibió la ausencia de las autoridades y la débil participación y organización de los locales como parte fundamental en la gestión del turismo rural comunitario.
The purpose of the investigation was to determine the relationship that existed between tourism management and rural community tourism in the district of Tanta, Yauyos - 2022; located in the central highlands of Peru in the upper basin of the Yauyos - Cañete river, at the foot of the imposing Apu Pariacaca, housing peculiar tourist benefits of the area. For this, a quantitative, basic, correlational descriptive level approach was used with the hypothetical deductive method, through a non-experimental cross-sectional design. Obtaining results based on Spearman's correlation test, whose significance was 0.00 < 0.05; with the ratio coefficient of 0.650. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship with a positive and good level of correlation between tourism management and rural community tourism. Therefore, according to the value imparted to tourism management, it was approximated to know the level of community rural tourism in the community of Tanta, Yauyos. The absence of the authorities and the weak participation and organization of the locals were perceived as a fundamental part in the management of rural community tourism.
