Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó en la provincia de Cañete, Lima-Perú, con la finalidad de terminar la capacidad de innovación tecnológica influye en el nivel de emprendimiento de los alumnos en la facultad de ciencias empresariales de la escuela profesional de administración y contabilidad, para conocer su habilidades y experiencias en tener o hacer ideas de negocios y la participación activa de los alumnos en una incubadora.
Esta investigación busca analizar a los estudiantes en cuanto a sus competencias y capacidades de emprendimiento además de identificar el papel que juegan los docentes en cuanto a exhortar y fomentar el comportamiento de iniciativa hacia la creatividad y emprendimiento. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo cuasiexperimental, es Determinar de qué manera influye la capacidad de innovación tecnológica en el nivel de emprendimiento de los estudiantes de la universidad nacional de Cañete. Manejando el tipo de control y comparando con lo experimental. Se trabajó con una población de 200 alumnos de los cuales se aplicó el cuestionario a una muestra de 80 alumnos con 20 ítems tipo Likert, manejando 3 dimensiones importantes con la variable independiente. Se aprecia 6 dimensiones de los cuales se maneja el nivel alto de las repuestas (83,8%) siendo eficaz presentando un mejor resultado en lo experimental a que el control con (41,3%). Las limitaciones de los alumnos se enfocan en el nivel de emprendimiento, en las habilidades y actitudes de (88,8%), capacidad emprendedora del (87,5%) y experiencia emprendedora de (81,3) en sus niveles de eficaz.
This investigation was carried out in the province of Cañete, Lima-Peru, with the purpose of finishing the capacity of technological innovation influences the level of entrepreneurship of the students in the faculty of business sciences of the professional school of administration and accounting, to know their skills and experiences in having or doing business ideas and the active participation of students in an incubator. This research seeks to analyze students in terms of their entrepreneurial skills and abilities, in addition to identifying the role that teachers play in encouraging and promoting initiative behavior towards creativity and entrepreneurship. The objective of this research work is of a quasi-experimental type, it is to determine how the capacity for technological innovation influences the level of entrepreneurship of the students of the National University of Cañete. Managing the type of control and comparing with the experimental.
