Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar el efecto del nitrógeno estabilizado en el rendimiento y calidad de lechuga (Lactuca sativa L.) variedad Great Lakes en el Fundo Agua Dulce-Cañete, región Lima. Se utilizó diferentes dosis de Entec® 26, los cuales fueron; 15, 10 y 5 g. y un testigo absoluto. Se usó un diseño de bloques completos al azar (DBCA) con cuatro tratamientos y cuatro bloques, las variables que se evaluaron fueron: rendimiento y calidad. Los resultados demostraron diferencias significativas a nivel de tratamientos estudiados, los cuales fueron: T1-15 g. de Entec® 26, quien mostró mayor número de hojas con 9,50 unidades, peso de planta con 1026.25 g., peso de cabeza con 861.25 g., altura de planta con 26.63 cm, ancho y largo de las hojas con 28.38 y 24.48 cm y mejor rendimiento comercial con una estimación de 21.50 t/h, siendo superior a todos los tratamientos estudiados. En cuanto a la calidad, el tratamiento T1-15 g. de Entec® 26 obtuvo alto vigor, color verde claro, forma redonda, alta compactividad y mayores días de perecibilidad con 3,70 días. Se concluye que la aplicación del nitrógeno estabilizado a 15 g. de Entec® 26, obtuvo mejor respuesta significativa sobre el rendimiento y calidad comercial del cultivo de la lechuga variedad Great Lakes en el Fundo Agua Dulce-Cañete.
The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of stabilized nitrogen on the yield and quality of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) variety Great Lakes in Fundo Agua Dulce- Cañete, Lima region. Different doses of Entec® 26 were used, which were; 15, 10 and 5 g. and an absolute control. A randomized complete block design (DBCA) was used with four treatments and four blocks, the variables that were evaluated were: yield and quality. The results showed significant differences at the level of treatments studied for the variables being the treatment T1-15 g. of Entec® 26, which showed the highest number of leaves with 9.50 unids, plant weight with 1026.25 g., head weight with 861.25 g., plant height with 26.63 cm, width and length of the leaves with 28.38 and 24.48 cm and better commercial yield with an estimate of 21.50 t/h, being superior to all the treatments studied. Regarding quality, the T1-15 g. treatment of Entec® 26 obtained high vigor, light green color, round shape, high compactivity and greater days of perishability with 3.70 days. It is concluded that the application of stabilized nitrogen at 15 g. of Entec® 26, obtained a better significant response on the yield and comercial quality of the cultivation of the Great Lakes lettuce variety in the Fundo Agua Dulce-Cañete.
