Abstract
El presente estudio “Gestión de bienes patrimoniales y su incidencia en la información financiera de la Municipalidad Distrital de Zúñiga - Cañete, 2020”, tiene el objetivo de Analizar la incidencia que tiene la Gestión de Bienes Patrimoniales en la información financiera de la Municipalidad Distrital de Zúñiga - Cañete, 2020. Se utilizo el enfoque cualitativo; empleando un diseño de estudio de caso de tipo holístico con un nivel de investigación explicativo. La población objeto de estudio son todos los funcionarios de la Municipalidad Distrital de Zúñiga; siendo estos un total de 10 personas. Para este trabajo no se halló muestra debido a que la población de estudio es mínima; por tanto, se utilizó el 100% de la población. Para el desarrollo del estudio se ha utilizado la entrevista y el análisis documental; cuyos instrumentos de investigación fueron la guía de entrevista semiestructurada y el instrumento guía respectivamente. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron llegar a la conclusión, que la gestión de bienes patrimoniales incide significativamente en la elaboración de información financiera. Este trabajo beneficiara a la misma entidad puesto que utilizará los resultados obtenidos para poder administrar de forma óptima los bienes que esta posea y pueda elaborar información financiera más confiable lo que finalmente repercutirá en beneficio de la Municipalidad Distrital de Zúñiga.
The present study "Management of patrimonial assets and its impact on the financial information of the District Municipality of Zúñiga - Cañete, 2020", has the objective of analyzing the impact that the Management of Patrimonial Assets has on the financial information of the District Municipality of Zúñiga - Cañete, 2020. The qualitative approach was used; employing a holistic case study design with an explanatory level of research. The population under study are all the officials of the District Municipality of Zúñiga; being a total of 10 people. For this work no sample was found because the study population is minimal; therefore, 100% of the population was used. For the development of the study, the interview and the documentary analysis were used; whose research instruments were the semi-structured interview guide and the guide instrument, respectively. The results obtained led to the conclusion that the management of patrimonial assets has a significant impact on the preparation of financial information. This work will benefit the entity itself since it will use the results obtained to be able to optimally manage the assets it owns and to be able to prepare more reliable financial information, which will ultimately benefit the District Municipality of Zúñiga.
